[It was normal for you to start presenting as you started highschool, therabouts. But Izuku...he hadn't yet. He was a late bloomer, as he seemed to be with everything, which made him wonder if maybe he wasn't just a Beta or something after all.

Ever since they were kids though, Katsuki would drill it into him that he'd only ever be an Omega. He was too wimpy and weak to be anything but. So why hadn't it shown up yet? Surely it would have by now, especially now that others are presenting all around him, Omegas experiencing their first heats before being put on supressants, and the same with Alphas and ruts.

But there was no change for Izuku. At least not until second year.

It had been a normal day, or so he thought. No abnormalities, nothing really out of the ordinary as he entered school grounds and headed towards his homeroom class. Once he actually made it inside though, something strange hit him. All the people he could normally smell throughout the day...their scents had amplified tenfold. He could immediately scent each and every one without having to look at them.

Alpha. Alpha. Omega. Beta. Omega.

He stepped past the threshold into homeroom, assaulted by too many smells and too much noise. He felt...hot, and overwhelmed, bringing his sleeve to his mouth for a moment for a breather as he sat heavily down in the seat behind Katsuki's. He hadn't come in yet...]

[If Katsuki felt bad, he doesn't show it. There's no remorse on his expression, in fact he looks even more annoyed at Deku's confession.

But he doesn't argue or mock him, no. Rather than making a bigger deal out of this which he very easily could, Katsuki steps forward towards Deku and grabs the collar of his shirt. From there he pulls his face close, and wastes no time pressing his lips against the smaller boy's. Maybe it's an apology in his own way for ignoring him.]

[Admittedly, Izuku wasn't expecting that at all. In fact, he was braced for a punch more than he was a kiss, so the surprised grunt he gives is more than just involuntary. He stiffens as Katsuki holds tight to his collar and kisses him, Izuku's expression tight until a handful of seconds have passed, enough for him to slowly relax. This is what he's been wanting for weeks, after all...more than, even. He just wanted to be near him in the first place.

He stands a bit straighter, kissing back carefully even though he's still not entirely sure how to do it right.]

[Well, at least Deku isn't alone in not.. knowing how to kiss. They kind of skipped that whole ordeal when they fucked, so right now these two are having their first kiss and it's. About as awkward and messy as you'd imagine.

Katsuki is pretending to be confident, though, as he presses into Deku and tilts his head so he fits against him better. The kiss doesn't last too long though, a few more seconds of stumbling around before Katsuki decides it's been enough.]

I'm fucking you tonight.

[It's a command, more than a suggestion or question if Deku wants it. He knows he won't have any qualms, anyway. Especially after getting an earful for neglecting him this entire time.]

[The kissing left Izuku undeniably dazed, standing there with his expression distant before what Katsuki says to him finally manages to sink in.

And...Izuku steps closer- if that's possible- quickly wrapping his arms around Katsuki's torso.]

Wait. ...just- ...wait.

What?

[There's clear annoyance in Katsuki's voice, his arms lifted and hovering as Deku clings to his chest, as if he's not sure what to.. do in this kind of physical situation.

Hugging? Never heard of her.]

Weren't you pissed a second ago because we haven't been fucking?

[Use your brain Kacchan, he never said anything about fucking.]

I need to scent you. Now.

[Or else he is going to snap like a taut rubber band and he'd much prefer that didn't happen, because last time he got so riled up he pretty much blacked out partway through their first sexual escapade.]

[Oh.

Well... that's fair, he supposes. He looks embarrassed at the mention of it, turning his face away with a scoff.]

...fine.

[But he relents, even though it was a mumbled form of consent.]

[Mm...there's still one thing.]

Is...is it okay if we sit on the bed?

[He almost says "lay down", but that seems like too much to ask right now.]

Are you gonna let go so I can use my fucking legs to get over to the bed?

[It's not too much but it IS extremely embarrassing so.. thanks for not going that far Deku.]

[Izuku does quickly release his grip on Katsuki just then, not realizing he'd been holding onto him for so long. He glances away, shyly, rubbing at one of his arms before he makes a quiet beeling back to his bed. He does glance back once over his shoulder, just to see if Katsuki is following, but...]

[Katsuki does follow, of course, but he gives the smaller boy a sneer when he catches him glancing back towards him.

He's quiet, though, when he takes a seat on Deku's bed next to him. Surprisingly patient as he waits for him to take the lead.]

[It doesn't take him long. Izuku is shivering by the time he makes it over to Katsuki, reaching carefully to lay his hands on his shoulders so he can press his face to the side of his neck- against the mark- nuzzling his nose against it to begin the scenting process.]

[It's still.. really weird being an Omega, when he spent his entire life expecting to be an Alpha. Having to be on the recieving end instead of the giving end is probably something he'll never get used to... but at the same time, he surprisingly enjoys it.

Even now, with Deku nuzzling against his scent gland, he finds himself tilting his head to give him more room and he slowly and carefully reaches his arms out to grab onto the fabric of his Alpha's shirt. A small noise rumbles in his throat and he closes his eyes and breathes in deeply, taking in Deku's scent as it mingles with his own.]

[Katsuki enjoying it is Ideal, because if he didn't then Izuku would feel really bad about essentially needing to do this, because it's through willpower alone that he hasn't lost his nerve and attacked somebody over how disgruntled he'd been being away from Katsuki for so long. This is helping, if nothing else, though it's a slow and not immediate process.

Izuku relaxes a little when Katsuki holds onto him, continuing to rub against his skin and occasionally let his lips graze the scar he'd left behind. He smells so sweet, like burnt sugar. It mingles interestingly with Izuku's own scent which is akin to the aftermath of a rainstorm.]

[It smells like.. camping. That's what Katsuki notices off the bat about it and for some reason it has him feeling nostalgic. Content. It puts him in a place that calms him down, and he opens his mouth to take in that scent even more, breathing softly through his mouth.]

....listen, you stupid.. nerd.

[He speaks up quietly between pants, keeping his eyes closed as his neck is lightly nipped at.]

You.. there's a reason I've been ignoring you and.. and it ain't 'cuz I'm mad at you or hate you or something fucking d-dumb like that.

[Izuku had been ready to just keep scenting him in silence, but his attention is grabbed the moment Katsuki speaks up. He pulls his face away just a little, still close enough but not too close that he can't reply.]

...then why?

[He's honestly desperate to know.]

Because you...

[Katsuki starts, but there's obvious hesitation as if he's not sure what to say or maybe he.. doesn't want to say it.]

Y-you...

[He grits his teeth, hands clenching around the fabric of Deku's shirt so tight that his knuckles turn as white as can be.]

...you knocked me up.

[...Izuku stops.

He goes very still, for a long moment. Then he leans away from Katsuki so he can look at him directly, seriously, because that was one hell of a bomb he just dropped on him then. It's like the whole world has just...stopped.]

...what?

[Well if he's looking at him, he'll be able to notice the tears stinging the corners of Katsuki's eyes as he looks back at him, lips trembling as he explains.]

I took a stupid test... I took four different kinds and they all-- fuck!

[He lets go of Deku with one of his hands, so he can bring it up to cover the upper part of his face and hide his embarrassment.]

They were all positive!

[Knocked up. All positive. That means...

That means that when they had sex that fateful day in the bathroom, they...he...]

I- ...Kacchan-

[He knew the risks. He'd been worried, but he figured they got lucky since Katsuki didn't come to him sooner, he was too out of his mind to even realize before it was too late. Part of him is utterly thrilled by the news. Of course he would be, being an Alpha. It's in his nature to want to breed and raise a family, having kids with his Omega and all...but not like this. Never, ever like this.]

I haven't told anyone else.. I don't know how!

[Katsuki's voice shakes, as he bites back his tears the best he's able. The idea of something like that is just.. too absurd. How is he supposed to continue being a Hero if he has to watch over a snot nosed kid all the time? Is Deku going to get expelled for this? Are they both going to?

There's so many worries and so many emotions that have been stirring up inside of Katsuki this whole time, and he finally allows himself to let it all sink in now that he's finally admitting it to someone.]

[Izuku has never seen Katsuki like this before, but he has every right to be upset. He never asked for this. Izuku hadn't either, but...the lust from going into rut had overtaken him to the point where he wasn't thinking clearly. Even though he asked permission and was given it, it still feels like something could have been done to prevent this. Now...it's not just about them anymore.]

W...we'll figure this out. I promise.

[Is Izuku's first order of business, because so far he hasn't been able to say anything clearly.]

I'm not going to leave you to deal with this alone.

[Well... it's not like Katsuki didn't want it, either. Everything inside of him screamed to get bred and even now there's.. a small nagging feeling of bliss at the idea of him fulfilling his purpose, so to speak. He probably would never admit it, being such a prideful guy, but it's there all the same.

Still, it isn't enough to quell his fears and worries but Deku promising to help him through this does make him feel a little better. As disgusting as the idea of it is, having his Alpha be reassuring feels really nice. Even if it's shitty Deku.

He doesn't know what to say either, so he ends up... just silently resting his forehead against Deku's shoulder. If he were the type to hug others now would probably be the time for that.. though he wouldn't complain this time if Deku wanted to give him a little comfort himself.]

[Izuku is quick to respond to the quiet gesture, reaching up with both arms to wrap the around Katsuki to pull him a little more securely to his front. Normally, this is supposed to be a time of joy...elation. Excitement for the future. Instead...there's fear and uncertainty. Not knowing how it's going to be accepted, and being lost as to where they'll go from here. It's never looked on highly when pairs end up with children during school, but it happens much more often than you'd think, either planned or accidental.

He sniffs, lifting a hand to cradle the back of Katsuki's head.]

D...don't worry, Kacchan. It's going to be fine. I promise...

[Katsuki is silent, still, not able to figure out the right words or action to respond to Deku's reassuring. He isn't so sure it's going to be fine.. honestly, it feels like everything's just stopped. His breathing, the time, his life... he can't even imagine how he's going to continue training like this but he. Doesn't really have any other options but to try his best and roll with what life has thrown at him.

It's scary. It's so scary but there still is.. that part of him that's excited. Deep in there, buried under the anxiety and worries. He wonders idly what kind of Quirk their child would have, and that makes it feel a little bit better. OFA wasn't a Quirk passed down through genetics, so it'd be something a mix of Katsuki and Deku's parent's Quirks right?

He calms himself down thinking of stuff like that for a few somber minutes, before he finally speaks up again quiet and serious.]

...we can't let the old hag find out about this.

[His mom.. he can't even imagine her reaction.]
